For some stupid reason I signed up for Shawn's list several years ago... Figured out what an idiot he is and asked to be removed, screamed at his telemarketers and basically was able to get the barrage of email and phone calls to stop.
Now it's started again - 2-3 phone calls per day despite my hangups.
Mr Casey - if you or any of your lackeys read this forum... When I hang up on you 2-3 times a day, every day for 2 weeks that means I think you're an idiot and am not interested.
