What is the percentage of your clients who extend your services after 1 month? Or do they maybe sign a contract? How long (= months) on average clients staying with your company? I am a newbie to this business you are in so forgive me if I am wrong, but I have a feeling that more people will hire your type of services on a project basis (like a one time amount to pay!), instead of paying a fee on a continue monthly basis! About 40% of our clients are on a monthly recurring basis. Most of our project basis clients are ones who take advantage of our promo deals like the 300 250wc article packages for only $1050
The average stay of recurring clients is 5 months. I have recurring clients who've been with us for over a year.
