So my buddy just hit me up on AIM, all bummed out...

"Dude, I was gonna get you something for Xmas, but I can't."

After I asked what and why, he pasted the following, an e-mail he received in response to his attempt to get me a gift he knew I'd love.

And I guess that answers a lifelong question I've had.

Dew does NOT come in a keg.

Man! I would love to have a keg of The Dew.

You know what? I'd clear out some of that abandoned food and take a shelf out of the fridge at the job and slide that keg right in.

Talk about being able to make it through the day.
 
They should sell Mountain Dew in kegs. You can get kegs of Root Beer.

I guess you could install a fountain and buy bag/boxes of Mountain Dew syrup. I might try to install one of the bar/gun style fountains in my house some day.
 
Wow... Yet another great idea this place brought to my mind...

I could get custom polished and engraved Dew kegs (I have a good contact at a machine shop, I could do this for a good price) and sell them pre-loaded with Dew! hahaha

Man. I love Dew.

They DO(did?) sell it in kegs. Just like all other sodas, if you bought the fountain-canister, that you have to have the CO2 for, you could get it. Sorta a keg.

But nowdays, it may just be a box...


Oh, and you have to have a fountain drink machine (buy cheapish at any wholesale restaurant supply place).
