Also, I've dealt with bereavement and I've made time to make right with my customers. I've taken a few days off to spend time off with my family but if i had deadlines or supply arrangements I've always notified my clients via email and generally taken 20 mins off to take care of stuff. It's surprising that he can't do that. I wonder if he's having personal issues himself or get sent to jail or something.

This. Just got refund from one sucker (not from WF). I filed a dispute, gave him a couple days and then escalated to a claim, for two month payments. Two days later, he refunded me himself, for both months (before dispute, he offered me only half month refund).
ahh well i dont like to burn bridges, so was trying to give him time. I'm sure if he's back he'll be offering he's services again.
It's currently in escalation and paypal have given both parties 2-3 weeks to respond, 2 days left for him to respond. If he's non-responsive I presume it's automatic reversal of payment?

^^^ There is no bridge to burn. His website is down and he's been non-responsive for months. I enjoyed his services while they were active but his complete lack of responsiveness is inexcusable. Other WF members (some who have waited 3 months for a link) have contacted me with the same experience. Escalate your clam. You will get your money faster. It sucks things have to end like this but the free market has spoken. Deliver or perish.

Yep but when he doesn't respond for weeks or just answers some tickets, he's not good. I hope he can salvage his rep and comeback somehow with much, much better customer service.

His turnaround was already really bad, I wonder if he just had a lackadaisical attitude to filling orders in general. Not chasing up his writers, sending the work order and waiting for the writer to post articles as and when they please.
