wickedfire admins, please fix this annoyance

so sometime in the last week or two, a new tracker image was installed here on wickedfire.com and it's very annoying, because it doesn't load and ties up the browser. the image i'm referring to is bottom left corner:

which looks like it's coming from a plugin: vbseo (vBSEO - The Leading SEO Plugin for vBulletin)

http://www.wickedfire.com:8080/vbseo_tracker.gif just returns a 0 byte body, which is fine, the slow down is banners.wickedfire.com which times out. To fix:


hosts file

127.0.0.1 banners.wickedfire.com

sorted load time for me.
