Hey guys,

I barely post here anymore and the same can be said for many others; although I suspect that there are a bunch of lurkers.

I've made friends here and will always remember WF back in its heyday. This used to be the place to be and cracking jokes on the Warrior Forum was the best pass time; many laughs were had.

With that said, WF isn't as active as it used to be and I'm not sure where the majority of you post anymore. I know there are other alternatives like STM but that's paid.

I wanted to take the opportunity to invite you guys to a large Internet Marketing community that I'm a part of.



I know there are a couple of members on here that are already on there and I hope that they can vouch for it. It's active and we have some good upcoming AMA's.







I love you gay webmasters.

I'm not trying to spam but just provide an alternative for the internet marketers on this forum. It's not like the posters on here strictly live in a bubble that is WickedFire. I've seen you on Reddit.

Besides, it's technically a chat and not a forum. It's not like I'm trying to take people away from this forum but really, what's the point if people barely post? At the end of the day, it's about learning and teaching each other. That can't happen if people barely post.

I want to be able to pick the brains of others on here who have years and years of experience and I would expect the same in return.

With that said, mods, if I violated the rules, let me know and I will gladly remove this post.

Just trying to provide an alternative for others. No harm done.

You've been here since 2009. You knew or should have known the rules. Your responsibility. Hell, even I know that rule.

I'm not saying you should be banned. Nor is JTF. And no one here thinks any member "strictly live in a bubble that is WickedFire." (Nice try on redirection, though. :) ) We're just noting that this thread breaks a well-known rule.

By the way, as has been said many times around these parts, the good stuff is on skype.

Like I said before, if a mod feels that I broke the rules, then I would hope that I'm given a warning instead of being outright banned.

I don't get the cult mentality. You want to grow in online marketing and business? Then surround yourself with others who are doing the same. Ostracizing others out of a forum that is dying and no longer providing much of value doesn't make sense. But your loss, not mine.

If you don't want to be a part of the AMAs, especially the one with Charles, YOU'RE CRAZY. That is one smart motherfucker who is KILLING IT. But hey, fuck us, right? We're not part of the cool kids forum that is WF.

The ones who are smart will realize that having a group/cult mentality isn't always what's best for an individual's growth. The other ones will be stuck doing what the others are doing.

You're saying we're doing the exact things that I said we were not doing.

Logic fail.

For clarity:

- most of us visit other resources (no cult mentality)

- many of surround ourselves with like-minded guys (skype)

- no one is ostracizing you. No one is recommending your ban.

- no one said anything about not wanting to participate in AMAs (redirection)

- most of us know Charles is successful. Most of us like him (more redirection)

- value is subjective. I get lots of value from wickedfire. But I don't visit STS hoping to learn how to grow my business.

First, I don't disagree with you. I am very much on the same page that one should not isolate themselves. What you're facing is not philosophical though and more that Jon doesn't want people promoting their communities on here — his forum his call.

I have to say, and this is a bit of a jab now, what you're saying is hypocritical. I make an effort to get myself out there for marketing community and I see WF users all the time, even clients knowing them/using their tools. It's a very small world. You saying you don't know where everyone went would show that you yourself have been isolating yourself.

No, you're absolutely right in that it is his forum at the end of the day and it is his call.

I would hope that this wouldn't be received the same way in which a spammer posts his bullshit. Because I am not attempting to spam.

To address your second paragraph - I don't think that is what I was getting at.

I admit I got a bit defensive because I took it as me being labeled or pooled along with the countless of spammers that WF has had over the years. That is my bad and for that I apologize.
