I'm in special position where I'm far from homeland and live in a hotel room with no fridge or kitchen [and its all fried chicken and fast food in London].
I do 2x morning and evening cardio 45-60mins each 5x a week - and then either recover on weekends or just go in morning if I can get out of bed. Combining that with under 2200-2000 calories a day - I feel pretty exhausted by the end of day5 but get back to normal w a good day of lying around in bed watching movies on day6.
Dropped 10 lbs in past 30 days.
I've never been fat but I haven't seen my abs in a long time, and with coming back to North America - why not, all the free pussy a "Just Came From Europe" pass grants a person.
PS - I wouldn't commit to this longtime - this is overkill. This is purely because I have fuck else to do in a hotel room - and London is fucking boring unless you care about 400 year old buildings. Which I don't - and dedicated the last 45 days here to pure cutting.
This is a short term less-extreme-than-those-celebs-that-own-a-personal-trainer-whos-with-them-15hours-a-day-making-it-possible-to-do-3hours-of-daily-cardio-because-the-guy-is-there-telling-them-selena-gomez-moved-on-from-their-twink-ass. This isn't something anyone would do long term, I don't think. Unless they're already in great cardio shape and just enjoy training for marathons.
