Wickedfire Member Sells Startup For $120MM

Yep, Eduardo is a WF member and has been in the industry for a while.

Yeah, Eduardo was around here at the beginning. I was surprised no one had posted about this yet, as I'm sure many here are friends with him on FB.

We assembled an incredible team. In their previous lives, they had been nuclear physicists, astrophysicists, geophysicists, neuroscientists, organizational psychologists, teachers (for America), and even a five-time Jeopardy champion. They were brought together by a belief that finding a job should be easier than splitting an atom.

I'd say that is a pretty incredible team.

Congrats to him. He found an opportunity and went all in on it.

I assume he had the highest payouts and most exclusive offers.

Bright is basically a job search engine? It parses jobs from tons of companies and links to them, and then it puts some sponsored links on top of that, and that's it?
BRB creating a job site. Why did it actually need $20mm in funding? Marketing expenses?

You should probably just stick to selling dedicated private proxies. Try offering reliable support for a competitive edge.

Because seriously, you do not know what the fuck you are talking about.

Seriously, I would appreciate it if you could enlighten me. I really don't know much about this business model.

Just gave it some though, I'm wondering how much is actually ending up in his pocket. The VCs presumably will have their "fair share".
