Well that's just great. Two of the folks who I count on for good answers seem to have the same question. 
Shoemoney (sigh) talked about this a whileback some company like Thumplay or Funmobile or some crap, was looking to come out with something like $10/Month residual or something.

I have yet to hear of one but it would be amazing. Inphonic is the only one that I know of and it seems that all of the other companies go through Inphonic so I suppose they are the largest. I used to promote cell phone service contracts through TMI Wireless and did pretty well. Luckily I moved on to other things a few months before Inphonic went bankrupt because I heard some people lost out on some payments.
Their payout is pretty decent $50 per shipped phone and $60 for shipped family contracts. You can always negotiate for higher payouts when you sell more. They also pay out on Sub affiliates at $10 per shipped phone. When I promoted them they provided you with a 1-800 number pin id that you could market also, ex. 1-800-XXX-XXXX promo code: #?+X, I don't know if that is still an option. I never had a problem with payments but I don't know what it's been like after the Inphonic bankruptcy as I haven't promoted them in over a year.

The SpoofCard campaign that I manage pays residuals. It's somewhat wireless/mobile related. Pepperjam Network has it, along with our highest payout on the offer. If marketed right, it can do really well.
