Wordpress "Admin" Possible To Change/Remove This?

Sorry, not a security/wordpress expert, just a designer.. But is there anywhere I can remove the "admin" "password" log-in completely, and set it something crazy like: user: "inwew0434iDF@@@##g!!" pass: "mwf9nw4tGF#GMKWeie"... ?

Also any recommended plug-ins for adding Capcatcha to the log-in screen, plus a lock out after 5 tries. Looking at a few on Code Cayon but wanted to see what the general thought was..

The best way to secure wp admin is to use htaccass to restrict access to wp-admin/ and the wp-login.php files to your ip only

or make a new user give it admin permissions and delete the old admin user. Yes hackers usually go for default admin users so its a smart move.
