Wordpress Blog - Earning $15K+/month - #1 for KW in Google

Hello,

I'm checking interest for a blog of mine that I have. It is currently 1 month old and ranks #1 in Google for its anchor keyword. This blog consistently earns $350 - $800 per day in sales (Not leads, sales.) The income has been extremely stable.

The blog recieves 73-80% of its traffic from organic search, and the rest from backlinks.

I have full information, Google Analytics, proof of earnings, everything available to a serious interest.

I am looking for at least 7x the monthly earnings for this blog, however the price is negotiable to a serious buyer.

I'm considering selling it just because I'd like to be able to finance other projects as well as things in my personal life.

Does a blog that is only one month old and extremely stable income equate? Me thinks not.
 
Would you consider a one month old domain to be proven in being able to maintain thit high position? 7 months is a bit hard to comprehend for a one month old domain. You may be better just keeping it, and looking at ways to make it better with more content so you are not just #1 for one word but #1 for 10 words or more then your income may triple, quadruple etc.. Any how, pm your vertical and I may be able to help with the sale.

Hey jackass, I have full proof of earnings and will gladly allow an interested buyer to login to my CPA account to verify earnings based on SubIDs.

Anyways, I will probably end up holding on to it...But who knows
 
Can you let someone log in to your Google Analytics account to verify?
And, who is your AM at Motive? Mind contacting him to verify this?
Why did you add the fake FeedBurner image? When did you add it to the site?

Yeah I could let someone check my analytics. My AM is Chris. I will ask him to post in here to verify. The feedburner image isnt fake, it's the default one with that WP theme, I just never felt the need to change it.

If you go look at that theme (It's called Rebel Magazine I do believe), you will see it there by default.
