Wordpress: how to automatically add a button under images?

I want to modify a Wordpress theme so that when I insert an image there is a 'buy now' button automatically inserted underneath it.

You can see this used on the WP Azon Theme but I'm not really sure how they did it.

Any ideas?

You have to edit the template usually the "single.php" or "page.php" page that controls that particular template. In there you have to insert your html/php code.

I'm not sure that is the case because this is for each new time I insert an image rather than going back and adding images to pages/posts I have already created. Will have another look though.
