Wordpress problem...

Is there some reason my affiliate link (from linkshare) wont show up when I copy and paste it as-is into the code box when creating a post on my wordpress blog? It just shows up blank, I dont understand it... Do they have some kind of system to block affiliate links or something? I clicked a bunch of buttons on the code box to see if they had any affect but it changed nothing, it stays blank. Thanks for the help...

Wordpress does a lot of its own formatting, so it's probably interpreting your link as something else and putting it inside of an element that it doesn't belong in. Post the URL to the site with the "blank" code posted so we can take a look.

If you'd rather not post it, PM me the URL and I'll take a look. WP doesn't have some sort of affiliate link blocking though.

Ah, yea, I relinked it in the first post... Thanks... Also the post on the blog, I edited it so that you can see the code and maybe that will help you...

go to users>your profile and uncheck the visual editor radio button save seting, go back into the post ad the affiliate link and save. If you want to use the editor for other posts go ahead and check it again once you pasted your affiliate link and saved. WP editor does like to fuck around with your code, even if correct xhtml is not checked.
