Wordpress question?

I am new to wordpress(about 2 weeks lol) Has anyone come across a plugin that can be used for people to log in and create a user name/password/bio with the ability to post images in a gallery.
Sort of like a deviantart.com

Im sorry, i didnt explain myself well. I mean is there a plugin where a random person on the internet can sign up to my site. Like a user login(the same way that you log in to wickedfire fourm) where the user can have his own profile with the ability to upload images?


Not me logging in or people who are administrators but a random person online.
