Wordpress Theme for User Voting (like digg)?

I am looking for a wordpress theme that has the built in function to allow visitors to either like or dislike a post, sort of like digg.

I saw a few about a year ago, but can't seem to track anything down in google, so I was hoping someone here has somewhat of an idea of what I am talking about.

I am not sure if there is such a theme available as something like this would require database entry.

However, there is a plugin that can do that for you.
Check this out - WordPress › Vote It Up « WordPress Plugins - this should work on any theme that you want, thereby increasing your level of customization.

I've used that plugin before, and I don't know if it's updated, but there used to be a bug with guests being able to vote multiple times.

I did a bit of research a couple months ago on this and settled on Pro Theme Design | Nominate Theme for WordPress

Not perfect, but the best I could find.

If you voted for sessions for Affiliate Summit East 2011 a month or so ago, this was the theme behind it.
