Can anyone with Wordtracker experience tell me how their paid membership works. What does it entail? Is it like the free tool but you can sort the keywords better?
my name's Mal Darwen and I work for Wordtracker Customer Service. In answer to your question, the paid subscription will give you up to 1000 results for your keyword search rather than 100, and there's no captcha after each ten searches. Wordtracker also provides project and list management tools which will allow you to save lists for future references. You can also import and export lists to the tools to allow better management of your keywords. You can also bring in competiton results from search engines to find out how competitive a keyword is.
We're also working on a new tool which will incorporate other useful metrics to show the effectiveness of keywords.
We do have a free 7 day trial which offers complete access to the full tool. You can find this at http://www.wordtracker.com/trial
No, KickRocks, this came up on Twitter - although I have a few channels I use to see if anyone has questions about Wordtracker that don't come directly through our support network. Those feeds are a valuable addition to my toolset!
Is all the data that is collected through affiliate searches sorted in some massive database and analyzed by a team at wordtracker to find hot new niches and untapped markets?
