Surely you musn't spend all of your time on the computer.. :1bluewinky:

What does your workout schedule look like? Myself, I go to the gym 3x a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) and do 6K of running 3x a week (Tues, Thurs, Sat). That plus eating healthy is what my routine consists of.

I used to be a bouncer at a huge nightclub in my city and all the doormen where freakishly huge, so I started training about 5-6 days a week, I was juiced to the nines, got up to 285 lbs.

I havn't trained that hard in a few years, now I just play racquetball several days a week.
 
I'm just trying to fix my Patello Femoral Pain Syndrome.
Weekly squats, leg press, leg extensions, curls, etc.

Mostly quads, a little bit of glutes.
 
I work out 6 days a week

Monday- Workout
Tuesday- Morning Workout
Wednesday-Day off
Thursday- Boxing
Friday- Morning Workout
Saturday- Boxing+Workout
Sunday- Workout
 
I work out 5-6 days a week. I used to lift at the gym like a freak and take no2 and creatine. Now I run every morning and go to Kick Boxing/Jiu Jitsu at night. I lift maybe 3-4 days a week for about 30 minutes. I am leaner and stronger now then when I lived at the gym. Who ever watches UFC my pics are Andrei Arlovski, Tito Ortiz, Frank Mir (even though I hope he loses), Josh Burkman, Joe Stevenson (go cobre kai), Drew Fickett, Jeff Monson,

I used to train in brazilian jiu jitsu 4 nights a week, got my blue belt and then stopped shortly after.

seriously, i do spend all my time on the comp :|
 
I run 4-5 times a week, and lift upper body 2-3 times a week. I also play tennis whenever I can.
 
Yup... me too... lazy fat bum here... it takes me a month to actually do something, I'm constantly "doing research".
 
Ahh, cool good stuff. I work 40 hours per week at an office job (website designer) and the body can really complain about being cramped while staring at a computer screen all day. I find I have more energy, surprisingly, for work and for play when I keep myself at the gym. :)

Looking forward to the day I can say goodbye to the 9-5 and start working on my own schedule.. But still loving my job and life so can't complain!
