Worst Beer

+1 for camo 40's being the worst. Even as a desperate highschooler i couldn't handle those.

Best: Hazed & Infused.

My wife recently discovered Boulder Beer. Their Flashback India Brown is incredible.

Can we change this to best beers? I'm always looking for something new to try

Try to find it. Every year they put out a special brew on days that are....whatever. 10/10/10, 11/11/11, and this final year 12/12/12. You get it. They are incredible beers. Some smaller shops around me still have it in stock so keep an eye out.

Other favorites.

Rogue Dead Guy Ale.
Stone Arrogant Bastard.
Spaten Oktoberfest.

I live 5 miles from Stone, and I FINALLY got my hands on a couple of the "Enjoy By" IPA's. I haven't been able to get a bottle from any of the previous releases. Really one of the best IPA's I've had in a long time.

I had the 07/07/07 and the 09/09/09 that I kept until December of last year when I finally opened them with a couple of friends. They were so much better after aging for a couple of years. Both tasted pretty bad if you had one when they were first released. The bottle said not to drink them until 12/12/12. They were right.

Warm, old Special Export. Don't ask me why.

As for beer that aren't expired, hard to say. I would have to go with Miller Light, Sam Adams Noble Pils and Latitude 48 (barf!). The Sam Adams came in a summer multi pack thing, probably the only way they can ship those.

I haven't had a Sam Adams Noble Pils, but Sam Adams in general is okay. You cray.

OP: As an Australian, I deeply apologise for Fosters. It's like a cruel joke we played on the rest of the world. There are no Australian Fosters drinkers.

Whats the worst beer you had?I had a Fosters a few days back.Amazingly bad. Best was a local brewed beer i had in Germany.

It's funny you mention Fosters. It's 4am and I'm talking to a friend in Australia and I was teasing them about Fosters. It's apparently not Australian for beer.

Luckily they no longer sell this, not that I'm aware of but it was rank. My step brother actually worked for the brewer that produced this abomination many moons ago. Could not understand why they sold it on a national scale but they did!

Blue moon

There was also a Japanese/chinese sounding beer brewed in US. Perhaps Texas. Forgot.. Small brewery. Family owned. But pretty popular.. Was available in NYC, but couldn't get it in Boston. Just can't remember the name

lots of good beers to pick... but I enjoy these when I find them on tap

Ghost Face Killa beer

It's made with ghost peppers and other chiles. Tastes absolutely disgusting and burns for several minutes after even a small sip.

I haven't heard that term "rank" since 1980-something...
