After doing this going on 3yrs now, this is a day to day scenario. "Network X is paying me this but I want to run the campaign through you." It all comes down to the net bottom line for both parties. If my pub will be generating more conversions then another one of my pubs, it makes sense for me to take a smaller cut and get some traffic going. I try to appease all of my pubs requests and mainly it comes down to payout and epc for the pub obviously. I encourage them to split test us, our tracking definitely beats the hell out of DT.
