Ok wf programmers...there's obviously a huge demand for this (there's been threads asking for this as long as I can remember)....so what's the hold up? Seems like someone would have already done it if were doable.
It's doable, but I'm not going to release mine in any way shape or form for a number of reasons. If somebody had an absolutely brilliant idea or a live database with rich data I'd maybe consider a hosted deployment but it wouldn't be cheap.
