I do actually provide similar service, please have a look at the link in my signature. My speed is 250 squidoos per week so I perfectly stick into your time frames.

Actually, I provide unique content myself, but if you want your content to be used, that would significantly reduce the prices. As for the properties, I have my own list of about 25 properties where content is not deleted, but I can also use the properties you would like to be used.
