I've reached the point where I don't want to mess with making sites that only make a few bucks per day, but I still think it's a good idea to diversify my site portfolio. To that end, I want to pass off the simple work to someone capable while I work on the more competitive stuff myself.
You don't need to make a custom logo or anything for me. I'll throw up the site as soon as you send me the article(s). The main thing I want is rankings. I want you to guarantee top 5 rankings within a reasonable time period (say up to 3 months). The CPC should be at least $1 and the term should get at least 2,000 searches per month.
