I have a pretty decent budget and I am looking to invest in 10 wordpress themes. I want them to be of general category. Nothing fancy. Just something pleasing to the eye. They must be custom and ready to upload to top theme websites. Perma links must be coded so that the person downloading the theme cannot remove the links.
