Does anyone have a direct contact they can give me there? I signed up with them, they CHARGED my card already, and I haven't received a single click. I know it is prepay, but I'm not getting any traffic!

I've tried emailing them at support@adsonar.com for over a week with no response, not even a "we received your email" bullshit letter. I've sent them numerous emails at different addresses. Anyone who has a direct contact i would very much appreciate it.

Thanks

i actually love adsonar - got some good reps there - but ur geographical location is how they split their pubs which is why u dont get immediate service, the reps arent fighting for your commissions its automatic to the media buyers area... Always call in to these things if you get the chance.

Anyways if u still need some help PM me sons!!! ill find u someone for ur area

btw, ur probably not getting any clicks because your ads have been disapproved. I know there's no way of knowing that unless you accidentally stumble across the area where it tells you that on their shitty system, but thats what happened to me anyways.

Your ad might still be pending approval, go into the ad and click on "ads" in the upper right next to "bid" it will tell you there if it's pending, disapproved, or active for whatever placements you selected.

Ads take days for me to get reviewed.

I have had ads pending approval since Sunday with 4 different major sites with adsonar.

AdSonar is a very reputable - yet difficult - service to utilize. Their reps are notoriously UNhelpful on the frontend, but seem to help more with a higher 'investment.' There are a TON of hoops to jump through with the contract/terms/etc but once you get placement, the performance is pretty solid.

Yeah I've had all my ads disapproved after they were pending for an average of 1 to 2 weeks. Whatever happened to "1 or 2 business days"? $100 stuck in there with no ads to spend on. As pointed out above, their customer support is almost non-existent. Would really appreciate it if someone could provide me a contact for advertisers in the asian timezone.

LOL-- it's not even funny how similar my experience with Adsonar has been. Same with 2 of my friends. Finally got in contact with an account rep and she refunded me very quickly and professionally.

I've never received an email back from their support email.

Don't bother with the support email, you'll never get a response.

Their ad approvals are most retarded. They will turn down basically everything, yet their adblocks all used to have the same "1 Flat Stomach Rule" ads. Approving those ads probably killed their overall CTR, but I guess they aren't so crazy about innovative or unique ads.

thanks everyone. i got a contact and their company is actually about 20 mins away from where i live. looks like the self-service system is bullshit and only way to get results is to go through a rep.

Can someone PM me a rep contact for the East Coast of the US...none of their traffic is showing up in my analytics...and the rep at their support email says "we don't provide support on analytics packages". WTF? I tried explaining (via email) that every other PPC network we use shows up fine and their service showed up fine last year, now it's not showing up...ugh. A live person would be great if someone could hook me up. Thanks!

same thing- I tried contacting them on a bunch of occasions- my money is in the account, can't get ad approved, no one is responding

Most likely your ads aren't being approved because Ad Sonar goes by FTC rules and regulations. So if you are running a rebill product you cannot use the word FREE without a disclaimer, etc etc. They police ads also based on the placements you select. Some site placements are more lenient than others. IE. You cannot run ringtones on certain sites.

What he said. You need an asterisk next to every mention of the word free and the terms of the rebill for ever offer on the page need to be pasted in full in the footer.
