I had the above message from them a few weeks ago. Made me LOL. I have no idea what the issue was and they can't tell me because of some bullshit confidentiality.

BTW whenever G suspend an account you should pause everything, remove your card details and then cancel the direct debit with your bank to stop this happening.

Side note. If this is how G treat people paying them money, imagine how they treat the organics listings when they are manually reviewing.
 
Yeah I should have done that...guess its an expensive lesson to learn...pretty shady of them though.

Also, the message I got was pretty much your suspended we cant give you a reason why crap. Then all of a sudden im unsuspended etc....fuckers

Well today is the end of their second day so pretty much if they havent contacted me soon ill be doing that chargeback and they can hate me all they like.

I?t really wasnt too shady but I had ripped someone else's lander, and ad copy and their keywords...that was it.

So they banned me...and then unbanned me...go figure.

Looks like they agreed with my opinion on the matter...so they are crediting my account but regarding the amounts already charged they say they cant issue a refund on credit balance so to go ahead and charge that back WTF lol.....crazy

I have just heard from our specialists and they have advised that your account was in review from Nov 21, 2012 to Nov 28, 2012. Typically, ads stop running during account review. However, due to a technical issue, in this case your ads were running and accrued you costs. Our specialists have advised that the balance was already NZD 100.60 Nov 21, 2012 (before the account review), therefore, I can request a credit of the difference NZD 404.56 (505.16-100.60= 404.56) towards your account.

Regarding the NZD400.00 which was already charged to your credit card, our specialists have advised that you can charge-back this amount as our system is only able to refund credit balance not charges which have already taken place.

Further steps:

Please confirm on the credit, so that I can go ahead and request a credit to be applied to the account for NZD 404.56.
