However, due to a technical issue, in this case your ads were running and accrued you costs. Our specialists have advised that the balance was already NZD 100.60 Nov 21, 2012 (before the account review), therefore, I can request a credit of the difference NZD 404.56 (505.16-100.60= 404.56) towards your account.
Regarding the NZD400.00 which was already charged to your credit card, our specialists have advised that you can charge-back this amount as our system is only able to refund credit balance not charges which have already taken place.
