Hi guys,
Although I am new into the world of website designing, I would like to give it a shot. My normal rate is well, I am not really sure what is the normal rate for a simple design of around 5-6 pages. Maybe someone can help me out.
Since I am new, I will offer a website design free to anyone wanting it, that is html/css (but nothing too complex like an emommerce site etc..)
