I am a non techie newbie and am thinking about using xsitepro to buidl some adsense/affiliate mini sites.

What are peoples thoughts on xsitepro? A search of the web finds lots of glowing 'reviews' from affiliates but not a lot of honest opinion on the software.

I used it a few times... it's alright, does what it needs to do fine.

You just don't get that much flexibility in how your page looks - I highly recommend learning some HTML and CSS, as it will help you massively in the long run.

Hi Jwm,

If you are a non-techie and you want to be confident in your web building skills then XSitePro would be an excellent choice to learn on.

An XSitePro website can be exported and used in other programs like Dreamweaver later on.

Some affiliates of XSitePro make a lot of money with xsitepro websites in many different niches.

Make sure you buy with some sort of bonus because many affiliates offer something extra for buying through them.

Regards

James

It's all right. The tech support absolutely sucks, which makes me wonder if they'll actually honor the 1 year guarantee if you decide you don't like it.

If you want to make a site that isn't ugly you'll have to find a real web designer... XSitePro is good for small content sites though.

It's good for creating very small sites quickly.

But I think all XSitePro sites look alike and the html-code and structure is not very good (table structure, so web 1.0 :) ).

I found it Ok as a beginner, you can get a site together quite easily, just don't test it at WC3 ? (where you test validity of code) it will scare you. I don't think any of the programs create perfectly clean code.
