Google lets advertisers use Adwords Editor straight out of the gate.
Microsoft Adcenter lets advertisers use Adcenter Desktop straight out of the gate.

BUT...

Those fuckstains at Yahoo seem to think their elite-#1-best-in-show search marketing platform is too special for those who wish to import in bulk. UNLESS that is you spend $600 a month for 3 consecutive months.

I'm sitting on the phone with this absolute SNIDE CUNT who is explaining to me that my history isn't sufficient to warrant an 'import' upgrade. I said how the fuck am I supposed to get to that point efficiently if I can't import? I'm at like $400 a month right now with them ONLY BECAUSE IT TAKES SO FUCKING LONG TO CREATE CAMPAIGNS, AND I CAN'T QUICKLY THROW IN 1 KEYWORD PER AD GROUP.

With Adwords and Adcenter, I can throw 100 keywords into 100 ad groups in about 2 minutes. Assuming it takes 90 seconds to do a single keyword and adgroup in Yahoo, I'm now spending all fucking day on one campaign.

Fuck you Yahoo. Check this snide fucking email the cunt sent. Catch the 'one time courtesy'. Yea thanks cunt, it's not like my request is gonna make you any money now, is it. Fucking idiots.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you about the upgrade request for your account. Unfortunately, you have not spent enough to be upgraded just yet.

Additionally, I apologize for the misinformation about the amount you need to spend. The actual amount was changed to $600 per month instead of $500 per month. Therefore, you'd have to spend $600 or more per month consistently for at least 3 months before you'd be eligible to upgrade and obtain the import option.

However, as I mentioned on the phone, you can email us the spreadsheet of the campaigns you'd like to upload whether they are in place of what you have or in addition to and we can upload it for you as a one time courtesy. Please know that there is a 20 campaign limit.

bb you have a couple options:

1. From within YSM, e-mail contact service and attach your AdWords XLS and they will import it for you. The only problem is that you'll need to edit your adgroups if they have dynamic keyword insertion, as (last time I checked) YSM doesn't allow this.

2. You don't need to spend 600.00 over three months... you just need to spend 1600.00 WITHIN three months. If you spend $1600.00 tomorrow, you're elligible for the 'Gold' account or whatever they call it immediately.

I know, it's bullshit and makes no sense.

I totally agree with you about Yahoo. Who would want to work for Yahoo anyway? Anyone who is not qualified to work at Google, I guess. I really hope they hurry up and go bankrupt already.

My biggest pet peeve with Yahoo! is the crap traffic they have now. They keep throwing in garbage traffic into their search network. Slowly becoming a 3rd tier PPC engine. At least with Google I can turn it off.
