Yes, another NE3 Journal...

Errodr,

Props for staying with this stuff. As a newbie I opened your original LP and I thought man, that should work! It's sad to hear you didn't get anything out of it.

If you can't do it with an LP like that, wtf do I do? lol.

Can you turn it into an adsense web site if its getting decent traffic instead of quitting it all together?

- Did you tried to match your LP colors to the merchant one? Especially your yellow boxes might do better with blue background color
- Highlight the "Use promo code: whitesmile during checkout and get shipping for $1.83. " below the form A LOT MORE. Put the same which is located on the bottom of your page above the fold
- Try moving the before/after image to your current image with the woman (this way the testmonials move up also)
- Move the woman to the second paragraph
- Make a review type of landingpage, reviewing two more offers but only link to your first offer (multiple offers aren't that converting in my experience)
- Maybe try an exit-popup

If nothing helps, try another teeth offer and test again :) Never expect any real data before you don't get at least 100 clicks...

Thanks Xdreamer. I actually stopped the teeth campaign. I figured (after losing several hundred) that the niche was a bit too competitive for a newb.

The campaign I was talking about in my latest post is a new one. I had thought that since it is a lower competition niche I should be able to get SOMETHING. I am not even looking to profit at this point. I know that $200.00 is a relatively small amount and I am perfectly willing to continue losing money to educate myself but it is getting tough when there is NO revenue at all.

@ Wrenny: Adsense is not a bad idea since the site is just sitting there anyway.

Hi, you can actually do my suggestions with every kind of offer. That is something I do on my own campaigns to improve them. Also never only run one offer from one network. Try to run two offers in split testing mode to see which one converts and go from there.

Thanks again. Great suggestions. I have only found one network with the offer. My colors match the offer page.

I am starting to wonder if I simply picked a bad offer/niche. It seemed like such a winner when I picked it. I even bought what I am pitching to others and it is a great product.

Just going to try to maintain my sense of humor until I figure out what to do next.

errodr, You and I are in the same boat. Not to threadjack, but this is related to your situation. I'm relatively new to creating PPC campigns for CPA offers. I finally decided that I was going to dive into that area of AM and see if I could get it cranking, but I'm having about the same success you're having.

Oddly enough, I created a couple of LP's for a teeth whitening offer as well. Put together some very nicely targeted ad groups (I thought). I ran it for a few days with a $75 a day budget, to test it out on adwords search.

After 3 days, 29,980 impressions, 272 clicks for a single $40 dollar conversion I decided to pause it and see what i was doing wrong. I tweaked the landing pages a bit and decided to run them in an A/B to see if maybe that showed me something. I also tweaked the ad copies and added a few more to each ad group to see if I can find a winner. I've run it again for 2 days and haven't seen any more conversions...with about the same 1% CTR to the LP and about the same to the offer page.

I feel like I've targeted a lot of good keywords that should get me people in the right mindset. I've worked on writing good, enticing ad copies, but I'm just not getting the results either. I don't even know what to mess with now to try and force this thing to some conversions. I'm a rookie at this shit too...so I'm looking for some clues just like errodr.

efeezy,

Good post. It's good to know that I'm not the only one who's a bit puzzled.

I tried the geo script for a while, but I probably did not have it in the best place. Will try again.
