@lukep any full auto weapon manufactured after 1986 is not legal for civilians to own without a class 3 FFL (a dealer's or manufacturers license).

With a simple application and a $200 tax stamp to the ATF, a civilian is perfectly legal to own any fully automatic firearm made prior to 1986, though.

Well he never mentions that it's Russian made, so they probably aren't.

Who's his main customer base?

All of his firearms can be sold to civilians as long as he they have a class 3 license.
