Well i had serverals ergo chair before and i must say i never used the head rest.
What about you guys ?

God guys, all you buy car for xmas !!! i should really spend more for this occasion !!!
I used it when i was still working for a company for about 5 months. I must say i never felt better than in this chair.
humanscale freedom, headrest comes forward as you recline so you can still look at the screen while you are in the recline position.
great feature, alwways reclin while i watch yt videos and other hands off presentations
Really comfortable.
I look at it this way. I spend over 10 hours/day sitting at my office chair, and considering how much money most people spend on a car, its worth spending another $800 so I'm really comfortable and my back won't be hating me in 20 years.
So it was very easy for me to justify the purchase.
+1 on the Embody - I bought one for my birthday present to myself earlier this month.
I hated it at first - it FORCES you to sit properly. Now I love it. You can adjust everything but it sure won't let you slouch. Great purchase and recommended to anyone who's doing this all day and not at a standing desk

Company should be forced to buy this chair to their employee as well !
