:)Hi there,

Does anybody have any opinions on Clickbank? I am busy researching their products and affiliate program and would be interested in hearing what you guys think?

IMO Clickbank is great to work with as an affiliate. I love that they take a lot of the headache out of the process.

Lots of junk on Clickbank (e.g. make money online, bizopp products) but plenty of gems as well (e.g. subniches in the Health market).

Thank you guys. I appreciate you taking the time out to answer my questions. I am looking at the niche of health and self improvement. Just want to work with decent people.

I have been with clickbank many years without problems, and made a lot of money. Be sure to read their TOS etc. FYI, if your account is dormant, they will deduct fees until your balance is zero, so don't leave money in there if you are not working it.

The niches are often very competitive in Google. Have fun and keep working it!

This may be a noob question but is it a successful model to find a product you think looks legit in clickbank or CJ and build a site around that product?

If you do it right, you can be successful with a site, promoting a click bank product.. Same goes for everything else you do....

Some people buy failing businesses and turn them into huge successes. So it's all about the knowledge of the person in charge.

One thing that pisses me off about Clickbank, they make it impossible for you to find out your username should you forget it and they keep your money forcing you to start a new account.

This may sound stupid but having used Clickbank heavily years ago, I stopped for a long time and upon returning I couldn't for the life of me remember the username or the email I had at the time. Result: they don't tell you and you're fucked. Worst part is I could still remember my password lol.

Anyway, just made me think they are very greedy.

It's all about traffic. You will be successful only if you can get eyeballs on your website. This holds true for just about anything you can sell.

We have many sites doing exactly what you are asking about, this is a common strategy.

I don' know why anybody would use clickbank. It makes absolutely no sense. Why use this BS "network" when you can use real networks with real offers?
