Here is the question:

If I am not allowed to use copyrighted music in my Youtube videos, lest they not be eligible for Revenue sharing, what music do I use? Is there open source music I can use?

How are these idiots getting away with it when they have that box at the bottom thats like "Buy Michael Jackson-Beat it" when that's playing? I'm so confused. I'm working on my next project but would REALLY like to use some awesome copywritten music.

So they can make monies online. YouTube must have agreements with certain companies so that they can do that.

For example, how does this guy use the "I wear my sunglasses song" and is still a Youtube partner?!

Most old and popular videos are allowed on YT because they have already gone viral but with the new and low viewed ones if they don't choose to have ads displayed on their videos and contains copyrighted music the vid gets trashed.

If you have copyrighted music you need to allow ads on your video so they can use your vid to sell the song.
