Well you know, video optimization, thumbs up, subscriber base.

I mean if I knew the exact code to crack YouTube, I wouldn't really be sharing it.

everyone is guessing here! I am sure about just one thing, Videos from older account get higher ranking. Older account + perfect keyword combination + nice quality(Not HD) 480P and 360P + Length between 1 min to 5 min and competition. if your video have less competition like 200 to 3000 videos then you expect high rank within 2 3 days or even 2 4 hours.

Collect few likes for your videos, Do little research, search with your keyword and check top 10 videos and do your own research for perfect description and title. If you find That top 10 videos dont fall in how to then you must use How to category for your videos.
