Forget all that pretty shit zubigo... make it just plain white and black with big bad signs pointing onto how much i would spend at godaddy and how much i would spend with you. Complete with a big nasty wickedfire logo on there.

the new design looks very "bloggy" - almost like a free premium theme. not really doing it for me (and you know i only say these things because i care). thought the old design was a bit dated looking - but still better than this. this is such a leap from the three hosting plans side by side. but maybe it will work... especially if you're going for the girly-art-lover crowd.

k, well I changed it up a little more tonight (just uploaded a second ago). I streamlined the main page and added an overview page, in an attempt to make it look less wordpressy. I'm sick of looking at style sheets and html for now, so I'm letting it stay for a while.
The conversion rate hasn't changed at all since the new design went live. So maybe it was pointless.

The new index page breaks in Firefox... IE shows the new horizontal bar, but the elements are stacked on top of each other on the left side in FF.
Really? Could you post a screenshot? It looks fine to me in firefox 3, chrome, and IE... IE NetRenderer - Browser Compatibility Check - doesn't show me any errors either.

One thing that's bugging me is even though their is a coupon code right in front of my face, I want to click that image. It might help to make it clickable and take you to a page that shows you the before and after prices.
It would be nice also to maybe see a little ajax foo, so that when I put my mouse over one of the plans a little explanation comes up underneath that with what the plan would be good for. Would be pimp.

Yeah, I have plans to mess with all that stuff this weekend. I just want to be 100% sure I'm gonna keep the design up before I get too into it. At this point I don't think I could do anything that would drop the conversion rate... as I think 75% of our new customers are referrals now. I'm thinking of adding some ponies.

I really have no idea what's causing that for you. I'm using FF 3.0.8 and the div loads correctly. I've tried it on the desktop and two laptops...

So... if you didn't change anything between 5 minutes ago and now, my only guess is that FF loaded the old CSS from cache and only refreshed it when I played around with it in firebug. And the best part is that I actually should know better, since I'm dealing with this kind of thing every day, lol. It's late here and I totally overlooked that possibility. Shift + refresh is your friend

I like the overall design, but I dont think the middle bit works at all:
-swirly "cloud chamber" effect is very distracting to eye and doesn't add anything
-copy text doesn't give me a compelling reason to stay, or read further
The "pick three" theme is a nice one, I'd be tempted to make more of that. Perhaps have "Fast. Good. Cheap. Pick 3" as your headline. "Welcome to zensix" is just "Happy talk", it doesn't serve a real purpose.

However, that area was originally created for a welcome video (like Learn Web Design & Logo Design | Professional Video Tutorials and Dedicated Servers | Managed Dedicated Servers | Web Hosting | VPS | Liquid Web) but I wasn't 100% sure the video would be made.
