Ok... so when VPS Outlet took over Zensix, my account went with it. At first, they provided good service. Now, however, it seems no one is home. I create trouble tickets and nothing happens. Does anyone know what's going on here?

Subigo, are you still around? What's the deal with VPS Outlet?

You're just one of a number of people who have complained about vpsoutlet to me over the past few weeks. I've been unable to get a response from them either... If anyone reads this and has talked to anyone from vpsoutlet in the past 2-3 weeks, PM me.
 
Great, I just did a search for vpsoutlet hoping to get some contact info and came across this thread.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone over there since Saturday. I exceeded my bandwidth and now all the sites I have on that server are 509'd. I planned on upgrading to get more bandwidth but I can't even get in touch with anyone over there to even do that.

If anyone knows of a way to get in touch with anyone over there, could you please let me know ASAP. Thanks.
