Man just had a ticket handled by Chris over at ZenSix the guy was spot on my problem. It wasn't a typical canned response either. Just use them and know there's a competent response on the other end.

I keep getting PM's from people wanting 50% off, 25% off, etc... I'm not bringing the 50% coupon back, sorry.

If you pay quarterly we might give you a deal, otherwise the prices are cheap already. I might offer the 25% off coupon again for a limited time as well.
 
I just opened up a referral program for current clients who refer new VPS customers. For more information log in to the billing area and click on "Affiliates". After you sign up it'll give you your affiliate link to give to people. The credit levels are below:

VPS-1 - $12.50
VPS-2 - $19.99
VPS-3 - $24.99

These are one time credits and paid out after the new customer has had an account for 30 days.
 
I just wanted to bump this thread and tell everyone how great my VPS is. Honestly support is great, my VPS is always up.

I was using wiredtree before this and WHM + cPanel really pissed me off, I could really care less for it. Direct Admin is great and does everything I would want it to, and unlike wiredtree everything is in one place. Honestly the change from cPanel to Direct Admin will take you less than an hour to learn probably, and it's more flexible than wiredtree IMHO.

I'm pretty excited that subigo and ZenSix are moving more into the VPS sector because they do it so well it's uncanny.

(note: I get jack shit from this, I just love the service so much it's leaking out of my pores and can't understand why you'd use someone else.)

:bowdown: That's a freakin' review.... :)

And I'm glad we're moving more towards vps hosting as well. It's so much easier to maintain a node with 8-12 clients than it is to maintain a shared server with 100 clients on it.

On that note we've removed vePortal for our new nodes. There were some terrible bugs that I discovered today and it's not worth it to keep it up. We've replaced it with WebVZ, which is ugly, but does pretty much everything vePortal did.
 
I'm bumping this up because we have 1-2 more spots left on the current node... and like always I'm slow at setting up new nodes, so there could be a 1-2 week wait before the next one is ready.

And apparently one of the sales guys added too many 50% off coupons for a webhostingtalk thread. Use the coupon slashvps to get 50% off your first month.
