Here is what we've determined.
The article that was posted on your WP and the Ezine article you
found were not exactly the same. The first 2 or 3 sentences were
were the same, but the rest of it was spun.
Here is what happened -
As many content creation services, we encourage our writers to rewrite
existing articles. By rewrite, I mean to paraphrase or extract the meaning
from, not to rewrite word for word. The writer that worked on your order,
was instructed to create 3 versions of every sentence for the spun syntax,
just like any order. Unfortunately, she was under the impression that she
could use the original sentences from the article she found on Ezine, which
you later found also. To be clear, this is against our content standards
and she has been informed and reprimanded accordingly.
As a result, the spun output of the article used on your WP blog randomly
outputted the first couple of sentences from the original article, instead of
the new ones the writer created.
We have instructed our writer that for all future articles, she is to create 3
unique variations, and absolutely no direct plagiarism. This is our company
standard and we will enforce it.
As for your comment about different prices appearing in the articles, that
is precisely because the sentences are spun, not because the work was
done carelessly. In cases where mention of price occurs more than once
in an article, the writer may mention different prices for the sake of keeping
the article unique. As a result, sometimes you will have prices mixed because
of the randomization inherent to spinning.
