Fuck. Ranger Rovers used to look classy.

Now it looks like a Murano

Lol I know what you mean, trying to turn an SUV into a sports car I mean c'mom?

I disagree. I think it looks nice. It has sharp lines, nothing like that bubbly nissan. But it's 2 doors...

Its aggressive, I like it but the style ventures off from the original.

Turning an SUV into a sports car is genius! Do dads want to drive mini vans or corvettes? A sporty SUV is the only compromise.

it just looks awesome, that's why you can always choose for something different if you don't like new designs

this should be your favorite i guess

Do people think of anything else with Range Rovers other than distinctive styling?

They should have at least a few design cues from the classic.

It looks like a competitor to BMW X6, but I think it's impossible to compete with germans. Previous Range Rover has become live classic. This futuristic concept looks funny and childy.

they just made their top of the line more similar to the Land Rover Freelander...no clue what their strategy is

Doesn't matter if it isn't as boxed out, that thing is brand NEW... its that next shit.. right now.

It's sexy as hell.. Let the women drive it.

Drove it a few weeks ago. Really good on the road, and turns heads like few other cars. And it looks pretty good driving in traffic.
It's not just a two-door, it comes with four as well, but that doesn't look as good. No loadspace, just room for one big suitcase.
It's marketed to girls, and Victoria Beckham did some "consulting work" on it, which is passed off as a big deal in Europe.

^ Yeah, because a general consumer has to deal with those kinds of conditions on a daily basis...

That's my point, Range Rover's weren't originally developed for general consumers. The fact that they (use) to go anywhere was part of the mystique of owning a Rover. They're getting away from their roots, which is why a lot of people are hating on the Evoque.

I'd wonder about how it does off-road, which is really the reason you buy a range in the first place... right? oh, wait no they're a soccer mom status symbol now, forgot about that.
