I think it's probably the name/concept.
I'd rather be 'smart' or 'sly' and find a 'easier' way, rather than label myself 'lazy'.
Also the very first thing you say is a 'list of methods'; that isn't a good word to describe what people are looking for.
Further, most people don't want to earn extra money to laze around as depicted, they
want to be their own boss, buy a new car or house, or be able to spend time with their
family. What you have done doesn't indicate 'earn as you sleep', it suggests the person
who buys this ebook is unmotivated and hasn't got anything better to do with their life
than go back to bed.
Orange and red could be perceived as warning/stop colours.
Your headlines suck; you should read John Caples.
Your copy isn't very good.
You're giving away too much free stuff.
Your call to actions are in the wrong place and too weak.
Paydotcom is an untrusted name, and it took 20 seconds to redirect to paypal.
Anyone in their right mind would be put off.
On the other hand, all of that is unsubstantiated opinion.
You should firm up your concept and copy by reading Cashvertising or whatever, and then split-test a handful of different approaches. Once you've got an approach that seems to be working better than the others, stick with it and keep split-testing the different elements of the site.
