lol, a buddy and I have thought about this idea in the past, but came to that conclusion.
If you are targeting women I'm not sure Polish girls would be the best.
I think Polish girls are great for targeting guys as it gets their fantasy going. But women generally don't want hot/semi hot women selling unless those hot/semi women are what they consider 'sophisticated' or they can relate to (the work at home mom, etc).
Look closely of commercials targeted at women and you will see what type of people they want selling to them. Right now you are just thinking like a guy, while targeting women, which doesn't seem like a good combo.

OP - Think about also selling to guys, particularly if the girls are attractive.
Also - make sure you tell them to smile and show their teeth. If they are going engaging the customers in conversation, they should look like they have seen the benefits of the product themselves.
Park your car across the street and have a video camera inside pointed at them to make sure they're doing their job. Problem solved.

is there a good way to cover your ass in cases like this when the people get fucked over with the rebill still has your flyer and site info? I know online the odds might be a lil less if they clicked through from an ad and dont remember which ad or site referred them to the "rebill scam" but in this case they might still have the flyer lying around, what kind of possible follow up can they do?
Ive handed out flyers before, and 99% go straight on the ground. Maybe relate it to something that grabs people emotionally.

I think people are more likely to hold onto something like this as opposed to a straight advertisement. The presell doesn't need to be long, it just needs to be a complete thought.

We don't need whitening, we need a government that thinks teeth and eyes are as important as the rest of our bodies, but let's not get into that one here. Personally, I fucking hate fake white teeth, kinda on a par with plastic surgery - either looks natural and unnoticeable or fake and shit.
GL with this man, as others have said a .com or .co.uk would be better and split test different flyers.
Hopefully the girls are people your target market can relate too and not gonna come across as just another foreigner handing out flyers. ("average" is prob better if you are targeting women, you don't want your punters thinking "she's prettier than me".)
Great idea paying them a basic + commission, but why lie about how much you make? I wouldn't have mentioned it, just offered them £x per sale. Also be good to track per salesperson, esp if this is to be more than a one off. Encourage a bit of healthy competition between them.
I've spoken to them in great depth about how important the conversions are and what I'm paying them is peanuts compared to what they could make based on actual conversions from 6 hours of flyering if it's done correctly.
They seem to be pretty fired up about this. They need the cash to pay their rent as none of them have jobs so they will be keen to try and speak to people and get the conversions going.
My biggest problem is the fact that a lot of these shoppers, even if they do keep the flyers they might just end up forgetting about them when they get home which is where the conversions might die out, so I might ask them to flyer in places like bus stops and taxi ranks, as people are going home. Also people waiting in places like this, can't just walk off as they are waiting for transport, so it might be easier to have a word with them.
