One thing I notice is that the list is populated with many networks that don't do any type of application review, so they are probably considering this outsourcing that function.

I don't quite get charging the affiliates. To me, the only people who will pay are those who can't get approved anywhere. In my experience, most of those people are the kind of affiliates you don't want in your network for good reason. So by agreeing to be part of affilicert, networks will get flooded with fast-tracked crappy affiliates.

I think a better model would be to charge networks for use of the service. You might get a broader spectrum of affiliate to use affilicert if it was free. Some networks on the list might drop off if they had to pay (or pay more), but those that stay should get better affiliates.

But I know the owner of the service, and he is no fool, so he must have something in mind I'm not thinking of.
 
You got a big uphill battle on this one. I bet you make all the folks at DP horny though when you let them know.

:)It is sort of misleading on how they lay it out with the companies listed.
