Sup, I know that some of you guys are into fitness and nutrition, and a couple of you are into the primal movement, and pretty much all of us know that what we eat effects how sharp we are and how much energy we have, so let's talk about nutrition ITT; high protein diets, yay or nay? Do calorie restricted diets really boost your energy like I've heard some people say?
Just trying to enrich the forum after my troll posts, figured a lot of us could benefit from this.
Right now I'm eating a lot of canned sardines--loving it. Been waking up having a tin of sardines with dijon mustard and chopped onion mashed into a spread, put on a piece of whole wheat toast and fill up my mug of coffee and I feel good for the rest of the day. Sardines have almost no mercury, are a good protein source, have the following nutrients: healthy fatty oils, Vitamin D, valuable B vitamins, Calcium, and something I don't think I get enough of--magnesium.
What kind of health foods to you eat? What type of diet do you have?(This thread in inspired by the productivity thread).
Looking forward to your responses, back to ballin on runescape
