The 3 top level sites look good. I can't login to the squiddo/wordpress with the supplied account though. I'll email you about this later, maybe I'm doing something wrong.

The 2.0 sites are there, 9 total, not 10 as stated in the OP. Can you confirm this Alex?

I found 8 bookmarks that were deleted and a couple had one or two broken links. The report gave 39 bookmarks, so I still got the amount promised (actually 1 extra).

Didn't check the profile links yet, but there are 122 of them. I imagine a few of them are dead like with the bookmarks.

Looks like a solid package so far.

That wouldn't matter anyhow. I was the first to place an order and I am just as screwed as you. 5 HOTH's are going to take 5 weeks to complete. My 5 should have been completed first, then the 2nd order, then the 3rd order.

Suffice to say, I won't be ordering again.

To top it off, not one of my "Top Level" pages has been indexed.

I respect everything you've said here and we are taking your feedback very seriously.

We have always done HOTHs concurrently with agency clients.
However, as you mentioned, it may be wise to do them sequentially, or at least offer it as an option in the future.

To top it off, not one of my "Top Level" pages has been indexed

Thanks for taking the advice. I do think it is needed.

I just checked the indexing again. This time, I have 2 of 3 indexed... with one having no cache yet, and one cached on the 2nd of Sept. Must be Google fucking around with me on my datacenter.

Fair feedback.

We definitely got a stronger response than we bargained for,
but we're rolling with the punches and working our asses off to keep everyone happy.

As for communication, we have been 100% transparent with delivery dates
and orders that were late (only 2 thus far, I believe), got emailed that day.

In only 1 case did I not email someone, but that was an honest mistake.
The lateness of that order was due to human error, not being over capacity.
It has been resolved since.

I'm not sure what you mean by "TLC,"
but if you're suggesting "courtesy emails" throughout the week just to say
"Hey, we still like you & no, your order isn't ready yet,"
there simply aren't enough hours in the day.

We are responding to the interest here seriously
and we are aggressively beefing up our tools and hacking apart our process
to become exponentially more efficient in weeks to come.

I will release a big announcement about this on Monday.

Just a couple of quick general questions everyone might benefit from:

1. Do the WordPress and BlogSpot link to the Squidoo? Otherwise, I don't see why they aren't on the same "level" and how come Squidoo is considered a higher level than the blogs.

2. Can you guys provide us log-in info for the WP/BS/Squidoo in case we ever want to edit the articles ourselves?

1. some posts do, some don't.

2. credentials sent to email.
 
Just ordered - Will report back on this service in 18-20 days due to the long waiting Time.

I've written multiple time in this thread that we have limited customer contact on the weekends.

Your order details were sent over Sun, Sep 12, 2010 at 4:44 PM (copied straight from my email header), and your confirmation was sent today at 1:57 PM.

If we are still within promised delivery period, we kindly ask that you not send follow ups because it only creates additional back and forth and distractions while we work to get everyones orders done.
