I want affiliates for my small business who can bring sales leads. Commission ranges between $5-$20 and recurring in nature. Every affiliate has to go through a trial of 10 days in which he has to bring at least 3 leads, otherwise his account will be terminated. Only People who can do white hat affiliate marketing are Welcome. Bonuses will be given if a single affiliate bring 10 or more than 10 referrals in 30 days.

I seriously doubt you'll find any decent affiliates. First of all, who are you and what are you trying to sell? Do you think good affs want to work with Johnny come lately that sets out all these rules etc. for a $5.00 commission? You might want to rethink your strategy there pal.

sheldon - no one is ever going to give you a serious answer, because your question is just so far out in left field. the small percentage of people who are able to do lead generation and affiliate marketing, will go to a reputable network or company of their choosing - not a new guy on a forum who is vague and comes across ostentatious. id go a different route.

Well, your business offer sucks. It's not inspiring of trust. You're already talking about terminating accounts. Affiliate marketers aren't exactly desperate for new offers to promote.
