Alright so this is a brutally simple way to make some good coin online. I haven't done it myself because it actually involves some work (and I'm lazy as hell), but if you need money you can definitely make it this way. I had a friend that made $1-2k/day doing this...it's really not hard.
Step #1
Make a web design site and make it look good...you're now a web design firm. Call it w/e you want it doesn't matter that much.
Step #2
Go to places like (I know this will hurt) Digital Point, eLance, and any other webmaster board that has like a Buy/Sell/Trade type of place. We're looking for people who need websites designed.
Step #3
Find people that need designs done, landing pages, full websites (more $$$), any of that crap. Say that you can do it for $500 or whatever is a reasonable rate, you can jack the price up as people will pay a lot.
Step #4
Hunt for designers anywhere. Recruit some on Digital Point (everybody goes there for cheap labor), eLance, web design forums, etc. Basically get a list of designers that will do reasonably cheap quality work.
Step #5
Once you get a project in, make a quick writeup of the project and send it out to your list of designers. If you're charging $500 for the site, write out and say "The first designer that can do the job for $300 gets the job", something like that. Or just email them individually and say "Can you do this job for $300 by next week?" and go through 1 by 1 until you find somebody.
The more work you do for people, the bigger portfolio you'll build. People always need websites designed and the more you do, the more reputable you become.
The only real drawback is that you have to coordinate everything, which will take time. Getting the projects, finding a designer, communicating between both parties.
I'd imagine once you really got used to it and it was easy, you could just hire someone to manage everything and pretty much do it all for you.
So yeah, it's a really really simple thing...find work and outsource it, but people are always begging for easy tips so this was one of them. It doesn't really have to do with affiliate marketing but like I said I had a friend doing a few designs/day like this and some of them were pretty expensive (over $1k), and all you have to do is manage everything.
Oh and you don't have to do this with just websites, you can do it with anything. You can find a cheap article writer to crank them out at $5/pop and sell them for $8, it's just a lower payout and probably a lot more work.
While we're at it, another similar technique you can use is another oldie but goodie. Find items on Amazon or Overstock.com and put them up for auction on eBay and just resell them for a higher price. Once somebody buys the product on eBay and pays you, just buy it from Amazon and put in the persons address and it'll be shipped straight to them. So once again all you have to do is manage shit and worry about finding products/buyers. You could even get hardcore if you find something really good and try and buy straight from the manufacturer or wholesaler and get the products for even cheaper.
Anywho just some food for thought, I've never really made a productive post here so I thought why not, you guys all love me even when I don't help.
