Any ideas to optimize lead $$ prices generated from kiosks?

Hey guys, I have a friend of mine who has ~40 kiosks in malls and airports around the country. It's set up as sweepstakes campaigns, usually "win a car!" sweepstakes with high-end cars sitting right next to the kiosk. They're really nice displays and he generates around 120k leads/year.

The problem (I think) is that he's not getting the most that he can out of each of those leads. Right now, he collects:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Household income
  • Accepting terms
  • Signature

He's partnered up with some timeshare rental company and is selling each lead for only $0.50-1.50!

He can add any question to the process that he wants. I'm thinking he should add something like "Are you looking to purchase a vehicle in the next 1-3 months?" to sell the leads to an automotive dealer, or something of the sort.

I'm wondering if you guys know of anyone who could help him increase his revenue/lead. Any other general thoughts? I'm a little surprised that he's making so little off of each lead, or do these types of leads usually sell at this rate?

What kind of hardware do they run? Can the kiosk/ads be modified remotely? If so I set them up to ask for the same general information and then continually test new fields.

Look for someone else than a timeshare company? Im sure people taking the time to sign up to win a car would be more valuable to other niches.

You are on the right idea it's a matter of thinking questions/finding people that will buy leads to those that answer yes.

Debt is a big one and probably applicable to people trying to win a car.

For one, add email address to that list. Then tell him to resell me the leads for 10x less than what you said he sells them for. Thanks.
