Why not just get some people working under you to do writing, admin work, etc. Then you get most of the profits and still have a "Team-like" atmosphere.

This is what I'm doing . Doing SEO, services on Forums and emailing projects now.

This is the best and most realistic goal.. but people you want on a team, don't need and aren't willing to be an employee.

Not saying a team would be easy, but I gotta believe it would be more effective if executed.

Just asking if any of you guys did it. Just curious really.

Just get a computer literate guy from your neighborhood, in my case I go for family members who wants to work home, like bro of my wife, my siblings and stuff. Easily managed, only earn what they work for like commission basis. Work when they want and get money when they want. Just don't overload them with work and they will ask for more. I also get some Monthly projects running every now and then. Just ask them who wants a stable income for a certain project for 3 months etc etc while other else works on commission basis..

And also a tip. get 1 person on 1 project. Like 1 do the service on this, One do the backlinking on my sites, one manage all the projects and get the report on time (My wife), one do the scrapebox researching and submit reports everyday and stuff..

That way you helped your family by not going out of the house, give them money at the same time and get profits in your hard earned Monniiies and have an atmosphere you're looking for
