I've been trying to develop my respiratory system for more efficient breathing in the last few months with a lot of success.
Many people blame poor health on their inability to breath deeply while at rest, or when they have trouble catching their breath during exercise. While this is true for some people, poor posture and tightening of the muscles in your upper body and face are also to blame.
Anyhow, found the following video on youtube which mirrors a lot of the techniques I've been putting to use through self-discovery and research (I started because I've developed anxiety over the last couple of years and controlling your breathing and oxygen/carbon-dioxide levels is very important for an anxiety free life.)

Some of the shit he does will make you laugh, but remember that you don't have to try this with an audience around.
