Are you a shallow breather?

I've been trying to develop my respiratory system for more efficient breathing in the last few months with a lot of success.

Many people blame poor health on their inability to breath deeply while at rest, or when they have trouble catching their breath during exercise. While this is true for some people, poor posture and tightening of the muscles in your upper body and face are also to blame.

Anyhow, found the following video on youtube which mirrors a lot of the techniques I've been putting to use through self-discovery and research (I started because I've developed anxiety over the last couple of years and controlling your breathing and oxygen/carbon-dioxide levels is very important for an anxiety free life.)

Some of the shit he does will make you laugh, but remember that you don't have to try this with an audience around.

I really liked this share.

What other work have you done that are similar to this? (ex - foam rolling, sleep improvement, stretching, etc.)

Truthfully, I haven't done anything that you'd find as mainstream technique. Mainly rolling and stretching of different types.

Inverting has become a huge part of my routine and it really loosens up the torso -- Makes me an inch taller and breathing is effortless for the rest of the day.

Also sleep on my back now due to the posture issues and chest compression/slumped shoulders that come from side-sleeping. Even though I miss sleeping that way (would drift off so easily on my side).

Have also started eating smaller meals more frequently to prevent bloating -- which really made it hard to breath deeply. I'm a big dude and have to eat a lot of protein meals to maintain, and noticed larger meals were a big problem for my quest to breath better.

Interested to hear other people's views.

Have you tried jelqing video yet?

I know you're trolling, but breathing, oxygen and blood flow all relate to good penis health.

Answer: Started natural PE years ago. Not for size though, just good penis health. Happy to answer real questions about this for guys that are interested. Can't imagine any intelligent conversation about this on WF though.

Great video thanks for posting, this is something I've actually been doing on my own (the breathing stuff) but it was still good to watch.

PE is good for EQ if you have ED problems, no BS.

this is relevant to my interests cause i find myself breathing shitty sometimes, especially on the computer

Ditto. When I become engrossed into something and my chest/stomach area is in its default 'unconscious' state. It's usually tight, shallow breaths.

I'll be incorporating his exercises into my workout routine.

Jelquing and penis stretches really do make your cock bigger. I 100% vouch for that.
